Over 13,000 visitors poured into The Islington Wine Show in London at the end of October, to sample wines from all around the world. Our stand attracted an extraordinary amount of interest with people keen to try our full range of Tuscan wines. The response was fantastic, not only from the public but also from our trade competitors and professional wine commentators. In fact, members from the French, Spanish and South African stands all decided to buy wine from us which we take to be a real compliment.

"We were sent here by the French wine stand who said you have the best wines at the   show."

"Wow! This Sanguineto is fantastic. My whole mouth is tingling."

"This Brunello really is in a class of its own. I have not tasted anything close to it at   the show."

"I'll make you dinner, if you buy this Brunello."

People loved the big rich taste of these Italian reds. Podere Casanova's Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva and Podere Brizio's wines in particular, were immediate big hits. It was great to see so many people enjoying themselves and wonderful to hear their stories about their own travels in Tuscany. We hope to see you all again next year.
